Bakugan is a strategic card game based on an anime series by the same name. The television series follows the adventures of the Battle Brawlers, young teenagers who wield powerful creatures called Bakugan. The game is played with marbles like spheres that are magnetic and transform into Bakugan action figure creatures.
The marble like Bakugan toys are rolled onto game cards where they transform into powerful Bakugan creatures. Each unique creature has their own set of attack and defence capabilities. Kids use points, game cards, different strategies and their Bakugan’s special abilities to battle each other. It takes real skill, plenty of brains and of course a powerful Bakugan in order to overcome an opponent.
Kids aged 4 and above will love playing the action packed game of Bakugan. The Bakugan Starter Pack is the ultimate way of recreating the action from the popular television show. Kids roll or shoot their magnetic Bakugan into the playing arena and onto metallic playing cards. The Bakugan then morph into powerful warriors and the battle begins. The Bakugan Starter Pack has everything a player needs in order to start playing the game. Once the rules, strategies and game play have been understood, your kids may want to increase their collection of Bakugan. This can be done by simply purchasing more Starter Packs or moving on up to the Battle Pack. The Bakugan Starter Pack is the perfect way of starting or simply adding to a Bakugan collection.
The Bakugan Starter Pack comes with everything a young Battle Brawler needs to start playing the game. Each pack contains a random selection of three morphing Bakugan warriors, 3 metallic Bakugan cards and instructions on how to play the game. The instructions are illustrated and easy to follow, so kids and parents alike will learn the rules of the game quickly and easily.
The starter pack comes in many colours and varieties, the colour of the pack will determine the type of Bakugan creatures that lurk inside. There are 6 primary colours when it comes to Bakugan creatures.

The Starter pack or Battle pack are better for first time Bakugan collectors. The Bakugan Booster Pack is designed to ‘boost’ a fans collection. If you are not looking to spend a lot but still wish to help a child increase their Bakugan collection than the Booster pack is the way to go.
The Bakugan Booster Pack is the cheapest way to boost that Bakugan collection. Each booster pack comes with one one morphing Bakugan Warrior and 1 Metallic card. All of the six colour varieties are available. It is important to note that the Booster pack does not come with rules on how to play the game, only one figure and one card.
Whether your kids are newbie’s or experienced Battle Brawlers, they will love the Bakugan Battle Pack. This pack contains enough Bakugan creatures and metallic cards to begin a two player game. So even if you child’s friends don’t own any Bakugans themselves, they can still play the game together. Because the pack contains 6 Bakugan creatures and 8 metallic cards, it will dramatically add to their Bakugan collection in one swoop .
There is room for up to four players to sit around the arena and battle it out. Instructions on how to play Bakugan are included. Bakugan Warriors and cards are sold separately.
